KANVASHRAM – THE BIRTHPLACE OF EMPEROR BHARAT

India is called Bharat or Bharatvarsha. It is named after King Bharat, yet relatively few individuals would have the option to name his origin, leave alone find it. A child was brought into the world to them - he was named Bharat.

Bharat grew up here on the banks of Malini River. The country he administered would be named after him until the end of time. Each set of experiences book on India begins with a song that says - South of Himalayas, North of Sea, is Bharatvarsha where experience the relatives of Bharat.
